Usher's ex-wife Tameka Raymond apparently thinks he's an unfit parent and wants to deny him of his parental rights.
Raymond, who married the R&B singer in a private ceremony on Aug. 3, 2007, and divorced in 2009, claims Usher has failed to fulfill legal obligations as a parent, according to court documents obtained by TMZ. During their relationship, the 'There Goes My Baby' creator fathered two children -- Usher Raymond V and Naviyd Ely Raymond -- with Raymond, who served as his personal stylist before their romance began.
In the court documents, Raymond states that her ex-husband has repeatedly traveled outside of the state of Georgia with their kids, an act that he allegedly has never asked her permission for but one that he's legally obligated to get her consent to do.
Also, besides nixing her Saks 5th Avenue credit card, which she claims he promised never to do, she says Usher has failed to get her approval before hiring nannies, give her the first opportunity to watch their children when he's away for more than eight hours, allow her to take the children for two weeks in the summer of 2011 and give her custody of them during Christmas break in 2010.
